Change is an inevitable part of life, and that includes business. After last months break, I was quite excited to try out the new CBC meeting location this month, a Mexican restaurant with a solid breakfast menu, and I was delightfully surprised; The Mexican spiced coffee was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was delicious as well!
The smaller turnout was expected, but we were able to have some in-depth discussion about specific types of businesses who should be at the table; several pages worth! Several ideas were discussed for how best to reach these businesses, and how best to serve them with business services in Aurora.
While I am always a sucker for a good breakfast, the draw for me is networking with other local business owners, discussing current challenges, brainstorming solutions or ideas, and enjoying the company of other small business owners. The broad range of topics presented and discussed also serves to stimulate and provoke my own thoughts, many of which have helped me further focus and expand my business.
